This afternoon we put up minibeast homes for bees and ladybirds. They are for bees to lay eggs in and ladybirds to hibernate in. Hopefully the bees will pollinate the flowers and the ladybirds will eat the aphids!

We saw an old, dieing tree in the wildlife area and we decided to put it to a good use! We thought it would be nice to attract more wildlife so we have put up a new birdfeeder! We removed some of the larger branches and twigs until there were only a couple of small branches left. After that we hung up the bird feeder and left it for the birds to use!!! Have a look!!! Recycling is great for the enviroment and through the support your school scheme you can raise money for our school while saving the enviroment! All you have to do is take home one of the envelopes and fill it with old inkjet cartridges and old mobile phones. For every inkjet cartridge we get £1 and for every old mobile phone we get £3. PLEASE BRING THEM IN!!!!!!!!!!! Welcome to our latest blog. |
